Following Client and Swaggart Brothers HSE plans.  My responsibilities included oversight, implementation and on-site direction of Safety, and Environmental Health for these projects.  All aspects of Industrial Civil, Plant, Fabrication and Pipe fabrication Systems Safety were implemented.  Critical Lifts were also a major involvement, and projects were completed with the upmost safety in hand.

Electrical Controls Base Shutdown.

Installation of electrical control systems to existing infrastructure on 2 Army/National Guard bases.

Coordination of Med Voltage Power Distribution shutdown implemented using all Safety Guidelines and Procedures for lock-out and testing to install Control Systems.

This was a large addition to the copper processing unit at Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold.

Responsible for QA Turnover/Protocol packages for client.
